Finance Analyst - Systems

Job Summary:
This Finance analyst position acts as the finance processes system and cost expert. This role will provide support for key stakeholders within Fab leadership and help manage Transformation Office progress to targets at month end close.
Specific Responsibilities:
Create and manage standards in forecasting, processes, templates and accuracy across all Fabs and SG&A budgets. Support monthly forecasting, actuals and variance analysis
Maintain worldwide data integrity
Manage the corporate fully allocated P&L processes required to forecast and report Fab and BU Ebitda for Board reporting.
Track productivity and efficiency metrics
Ad-hoc reporting
Required Qualifications:
BS in Finance or accounting and 2 years of finance experience
Preferred Qualification:
Demonstrated accounting and financial analysis skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bias for action
Strong attention to detail
Customer orientation
Ability to meet deadlines in a timely fashion and with high quality output
Strong understanding and proficiency of financial systems and tools (Hyperion, Oracle, Microsoft office suite of products, and Google web applications)
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to develop and drive standardized processes

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
