We are currently seeking a highly motivated, and experienced Senior Analyst to help with data collection, analysis and content generation for Executive-level presentations related to network services. This individual will have an understanding of technical terminology, strong experience in executive-level presentation creation, and strong analytical skills.
Job Description:
The best way to describe this position is 'everything global support services'. This individual will do administratively what the global planner does technically; build governance frameworks to tie the Regional Teams together in managing problems, planning, and operational deliverables. This individual is responsible for consuming data, and converting it into sensible and meaningful information that can be consumed by members of all levels.
Develop solutions and suggest improvements to how we consume, and process information in a variety of spaces including: capacity and planning, operations reviews, problem management content, tracking and summarization, weekly incident readouts, on-demand delivery of presentations for Executive consumption
Drive process and quality improvement for Global Infrastructure team with automation as a key to administrative and technical areas, open ended to see what is possible across the practice
Strong in executive-level presentation slide creation. We will need to rely heavily on your ability to create slides for various venues, and help us manage the continuous demand for information, and sometimes present as well
Serve as spokesperson in weekly major incidents reviews (as needed)
Prepare & represent Global Infrastructure spokesperson in Demand Management (as needed)
Serve as coordination point for problem management, maintain timely updates in all incident and problem tickets, and slides that are needed, complete quality checks to ensure content is useful and meaningful
Ownership of global infrastructure calendar, on-call administration (assignment and tracking), global repository for the team, team website, and all governance-related elements tied to operations, planning & capacity (administrative governance, not technical)
Ownership of reporting or preparation requirements: Major Incidents, Operations Review, Portfolio Review, Capacity Planning, Executive Slides (as needed), Infrastructure Performance Dashboard (to be created in the future)
Run some global projects to instituted maturity components into our team
Help develop and maintain a staff development program to improve team quality of work environment

Work Experience and Skills required:
Ability to learn and understand technical terminology
3-5 years developing Executive-type presentations
3 years of experience in project coordination
Expertise in data collection, manipulation and conversion to information
Must be ready to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
Must be a self-starter who can take general direction and derive actions for implementation
Must have the ability to interpret, summarize, read between the lines
Independent and good team player
Excellent written and oral communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
