EUC Systems Engineer

Job Summary
We are currently looking for a highly-motivated, dependable, and experienced Windows Systems Engineer to join our End User Computing team. You will be responsible for design, implementation, and administration of production systems including Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, and other end user facing applications. Extensive knowledge in Citrix XenApp 7, Windows server, Windows Active Directory, and Powershell (or other scripting language) is required. Experience in Google G Suite for Business, VMware (ESXi, View), and Debian are highly desired. Candidate must have strong skills in design, capacity planning, performance monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Job Description
Work with Global EUC teams to design the infrastructure to support end users in NY, as well as CA, TX, VT, Germany, and Singapore.
Primary engineering support for the US Citrix XenApp environments.
Administer Global Windows infrastructure servers that include Active Directory, Citrix XenApp, thin client management, and VMware (ESXi and View), as per configuration procedures and documented standards.
Use scripting or programming languages to automate repetitive tasks, and perform large scale changes.
Mentor junior team members.
Install new software releases, system upgrades and patches, and resolve software related problems.
Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other procedures related to IT.
Provide Level 3 support as needed to investigate and troubleshoot issues.
Implement changes to the production environment as per the change management guidelines.
Respond to Windows related outages within the SLA timelines and provide detailed root cause analysis.
Work collaboratively with other staff.
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience (as evidenced through work history).
5 years' experience as a Windows Systems Engineer, including specific design and support of an Citrix XenApp environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Effective technical documentation skills.
Experience in mission-critical operations, ideally within a 24x7 large scale distributed and clustered environment.
Ability to address customer needs in a professional manner.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently when needed.
Ability to work on-call to support the 24x7 manufacturing operation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
