Package / FAR BEOL Process Technologist

Summary of Role:
Package and Far-BEOL process technologist responsible for understanding all elements, devices, packages and offerings of the foundry-provided technology. Interface with peers and design team to investigate interactions and options for Far BEOL / Package design within ASIC Development. Evaluate additional foundry package technologies as needed for other nodes offered by ASIC Development suppliers.
Essential Responsibilities:
Analysis of Far BEOL and Package technology offering by ASIC foundry suppliers.
Coordination, communication with colleagues and suppliers.
Development of package roadmap for customers
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
Experience / Education:
MS Electrical Engineering or Physics, or other relevant engineering physical science discipline; with 10 years experience in related area
Language Fluency ? Fluent in English Language ? written & verbal
Travel: Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
Ability to relocate to Malta, NY
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD Electrical Engineering or Physics, or other relevant engineering physical science discipline; with 10 years experience in related area
Experience with FinFet technologies
Experience with FAB yield learning, technology development
Ability to be highly effective in a matrix management organization
Demonstrated excellent analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization particularly in a global environment and experience in working with external constituencies
Demonstrated ability to work well within a globally matrixed team or environment
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments
Ability to manage complex projects across multiple disciplines.
Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
