Summary:
In this role, the PMTS Program Management individual will lead a team who will be responsible for implementing the global alignment of Technology, Design, Design Enablement, Product and Customer Deliverables for new and existing RF Technologies inside the 12FDX, 22FDX and advanced CMOS technology programs. Reports to VP, Corporate Program Management Office (PMO).
Essential
Responsibilities:
Drive rF projects into related technologies of FDSOI and CMOS including qualification, design enablement and delivery of elenents into the integrated project schedules of 12/22 FDX. COllaborate with peer PMs on these programs.
Managing the integrated project file which includes major deliverables in Technology, Design, Design Enablement, Product and Customer Deliverables
Understand implications of changes in sub-projects on the overall project plan and to other projects.
Ensuring headlights to potential issues through effective identification of risks, issues, and dependencies.
Mitigate risk by identifying and driving solutions. Presentations to executive staff, including the CEO, on a frequent basis.
Manage the RF Resource inputs/updates for the weekly executive review and expand analysis to include other programs.
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Detail oriented and ability to see anomalies. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional integration. Drive decisions using data.
Ability to quickly build relationships and drive execution Work in a PMO-based matrix role, including driving and leveraging consulting support Deep analytic skills, data-driven decision-making, diligence and risk assessment Team player Strong communicator, up, down and sideways across the organization

Required
Qualifications:
B.S. Degree in Engineering.
10 years relevant experience in technology industry, with experience in program management, deployment of global business processes and/or applications.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Demonstrated strong leadership, collaboration, communication, problem solving, planning, prioritizing, influencing, and organizational and team facilitation skills
Experience with the Microsoft Project, Clarity or similar applications, program management tools, methodologies and deployment, and proven skill of managing and delivering multiple complex projects across matrix organizations and functional, geographic and cultural borders
Excellent technical abilities and analytical skills Working knowledge of semiconductor industry Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a complex environment with rapidly changing priorities PMP Certification Strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial drive with track record of developing high-performing organizations
Project and Program management principals Technology design flows and interactions Strong presentation skills (present to CEO and SLT) Ability to identify and escalate key issues constructively and effectively
