Construction Operator role includes:
lot preparation, pads/foundation setup, pier drilling, septic installation, leach field and water line installation, road development, being a crew leader, etc.
Required:
excavator, skid steer, backhoe, front-end loaders, heavy machinery operating experience, leadership skills, and a passion for excellence.
Preferred:
plowing experience, paving experience, tree maintenance, carpentry experience, excavator operation installing underground utilities, plumbing experience, CDL B or class A preferred.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with manufactured homes.
