Qualifications:
Proven experience as a content writer or similar role.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong research skills with the ability to gather information from reliable sources.
Clean and Valid Driver's license.

Proficiency in using web-based tools for content creation and management.
Basic knowledge of video editing software and photography techniques.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and techniques.
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Proofread and edit content to ensure high quality and error-free writing.
Collaborate with team members to develop content strategies and brainstorm new ideas.
Utilize photography and video editing skills to enhance visual content.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and reach.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve content performance.
Contribute to the development of e-commerce content, including home descriptions and promotional materials.
Contribute to revenue goals by promoting homes to new and recurring clients/potential and existing home buyers through social media, open houses and by delivering exceptional onsite service at each event.
Attend trade shows, and promote Hoffman Homes.
Distribute thank you letters after events.
Develop and maintain all aspects of relationships with charity partners including school districts, local shelters & food banks, and healthcare organizations.
